Communications and Engagement Manager

This is an exciting role in which you will be responsible for delivering and developing Consortium for Street Children’s (CSC’s) communications and engagement strategy to raise awareness of street-connected children and drive our global movement to defend their rights.

You will be confident in driving communications with impact through a variety of channels, including web, print, social and media relations, to support the delivery of CSC’s strategic objectives. This includes delivery of the communications campaign for International Day for Street Children and activities to support the delivery programmes and projects, such as ‘Keeping Street-Connected Children Safe’, our partnership with Red Nose Day USA.

You will be the lead contact for media relations, social media, print management, stakeholder engagement and all marketing and communications activity, and will line-manage two members of staff and an intern.

  • Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
  • Responsible for: Digital Manager, Network Engagement Officer and Communications Intern
  • Contract type: Permanent, part-time (3 days per week)
  • Salary: £40,000 pro-rata
  • Annual leave: 25 days p/a pro-rata
  • Pension: Employer contribution of 5% of gross salary
  • Location: CSC’s offices at The Green House, Bethnal Green, London, UK

Company Secretary (Board of Trustees)

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Board member of a dynamic organisation working to change the world for street children.

You will be joining a committed Board of Trustees who have a range of experiences that are put to use in governing our organisation effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary who shares our vision of a fairer world for street children, and who is looking to support a group of talented hard working staff and Trustees.
