Sadly Dr. Sarah Thomas de Benitez will be stepping down from her CEO role at the end of the year, due to her family’s expedited relocation to Asia at the end of this year. In her time at the helm, Sarah has made an enormous contribution to the CSC: creating our 5-year strategy, building and bringing stability to the Executive team, spearheading the UN General Comment initiative, strengthening research, and beginning to place the organisation on a more even keel through diverse sources of funding. As Digital Officer (Shared Learning), you will develop CSC’s digital content across a number of platforms, including its online Global Resource Centre.

Consortium for Street Children, members and partners mobilized to work for street-connected children’s rights at a recent workshop in West Africa.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic intern to support our Advocacy Manager and Advocacy and Research Officer from September 2015 – February 2016 for 3 days per week, and for a Communications and Fundraising intern to support our external communication and fundraising work on a part-time basis.
The Consortium for Street Children community, comprising more than 80 organisations and active in 130 countries, sends our deepest condolences to an outstanding member of our community, JUCONI Mexico, on the death of Alison Lane, its Director General for over 20 years.
