This year’s Day is momentous as it celebrates the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child’s decision to produce a General Comment on Children in Street Situations. Lion Paresh Modasia Everest Expedition

Lion Paresh Modasia is embarking on a 19 day trekking/mountaineering across Mount Everest Mera Peek expedition (6461 meters)  Everest Base Camp is about 5000m but we are going higher. The views along the trip are the best in the world. From the summit of Mera Peak there are incredible views of four great peaks of Baruntse, Chamlang, Nau Lekh and Makalu, and of course other unnamed peaks of the great Everest in the background.  The temperatures can drop as low as minus 25 degrees at night.
